Kelco Communications LTD operates a strict 14 day refund policy and 28 day exchange policy.
These policies cover items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used.
Please Note: We do not issue refunds on sale items or gift card purchases.
(a) You will be responsible for the cost to return the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods.
Prior to returning the goods, please contact our Online Team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will guide you through our returns procedures.
(b) In the interest of hygiene, headphones and Bluetooth headsets cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
(c) Items such as mobile phones and other equipment which contain a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been broken or tampered with.
This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) and the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 as amended.
Receiving a RefundOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase excluding the original postage charge.
If you haven’t received a refund after the timeframe set out in the approval email we sent you, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How Do I Return My Order?Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please return the item to the address below by post* within 14 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed.

*Kelco Communications LTD are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded, we advise that all items are returned by registered post.
Faulty Policy – Mobile Phones
Faulty phones purchased from us can be returned with a valid proof of purchase for an exchange within 28 days of purchase providing the fault is identified by the supplier. All returns must be free from marks or scratches & be accompanied by the complete packaging, accessories, manuals, any promotional products supplied with the handset & a valid receipt. Please allow between 7 and 10 working days for fault verification. If your return does not include any of the items listed above it will be sent to the manufacturer repair centre for repair.
If your phone is faulty outside of the 28 day period your handset will be sent to the manufacturer approved repair centre to be repaired under the repair warranty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Please Note: Phones being returned must be factory reset before doing so.
Faulty Policy - Accessories
Faulty accessories supplied by us will be exchanged once we can verify the fault & you provide us with a valid proof of purchase within 1 year of purchase. Accessories which are customer damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Goods Damaged in TransitIf any goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Assist Team within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
